Boston Cannabis Board Public Meeting

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB'') will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday February 11, 2026, at 1 p.m.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. The BCB will accept testimony regarding each agenda item. Testimony will be limited to two (2) minutes and any additional testimony may be submitted in writing to cannabisboard@boston.gov. If you wish to testify please sign up online.

This hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, further extending modifications to the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20).

    Licensed Premise: 43 Freeport St, Dorchester

    License Type: Marijuana Retailer License

    Request: Change of Ownership Interest. The Licensee is seeking Board approval of a proposed Employee Stock Ownership Trust (“ESOP Trust”) in which 100% of the equity ownership of C3 Industries, Inc. (49% owner of the Licensee) will be transferred to a newly formed ESOP Trust. The transaction does not affect the 51% majority ownership held by Chavez Retail Holdings LLC.
