Casey Brock-Wilson
Casey Brock-Wilson is the Purchasing Agent and Director of Procurement for the City of Boston. In her capacity with the City, Casey and her staff oversee the purchase of goods for all City of Boston Departments, provide centralized support for contract services and grantmaking, and ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent appropriately. The Procurement Department is also charged with increasing transparency, accessibility and efficiency in procurement and grantmaking processes. In collaboration with the Economic Opportunity and Inclusion Cabinet, the Department supports the Mayor’s strategic goals of increasing supplier diversity and lowering the barriers of entry for diverse vendors.
Casey has been with the City of Boston since 2016. Previously, Casey was the Director of Strategic Partnerships in the Finance Cabinet. She was responsible for providing leadership in cultivating and coordinating the pursuit of philanthropic and federal funding and other innovative partnership strategies that align with the City's priorities. During the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, she led the strategy and implementation of the federal stimulus funds and the Boston Resiliency Fund.
Prior to joining the City, she worked as a principal at The Parthenon Group in Boston. She is a resident of Jamaica Plain.
