Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 12, 2019 Meeting.

2. Request (a) approval of the ownership and financing structure of RBK Tenant II, LLC proposed Ground Lessor in connection with the lease and redevelopment of Parcel R within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park and (b) approve a change to the proposed Ground Lease Amendment with respect to the rental of additional parking spaces. 

3. Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Aerodyne Mechanical, Inc. for use of 488 square feet of space located at 12 Channel Street, Unit 102 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to extend the Lease Agreement with Litebox, LLC for use of 2,928 square feet of space located at 12 Channel Street, Unit 805 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to enter into a Sublicense Agreement with Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. to allow Ora Seaport to install, maintain and operate a trailer as a temporary leasing office located at 290 Northern Avenue.

6. Request authorization to execute a Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Boston Transportation Department, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and Optimus Ride, Inc. for use of the streets and ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7. Request authorization to execute an amendment and extension to the Memorandum of Understanding with nuTonomy, Inc. for use of the streets and ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

8. Request authorization to enter into a three year contract with Retrievex Inc., d/b/a Access for Records Management, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
