"Culture" can be described as:

• The arts of description, communication, and representation that exist in aesthetic and creative forms.

• A concept that includes a refining and elevated element that represents the best that has been known and thought.

• The complex whole of traditional behavior developed by humans. It is passed down to each generation, and is evolving in response to an ever-changing world.
