Reentry Case Manager

Divad McCoy, is a lifelong resident of Boston, with over 10 years of experience in both public and nonprofit sectors. As a Reentry Case Manager for the Office of Returning Citizens, McCoy looks forward to bringing his knowledge to guide the City of Boston’s returning citizen population toward success. 

McCoy has spent his career providing intense case-management to at-risk youth, homeless veterans and returning citizens across Massachusetts. Most recently, he served as an Education Advisor and Reintegration Specialist for Suffolk County House of Corrections where he worked with over 200 returning citizens to secure employment, housing, clothing, food and health services. McCoy recognizes the importance of developing strong partnerships with community partners in order to drive change and expand services to his clients.

Outside of work, McCoy enjoys working out, all things football, investing, and soca music. He is passionate about helping people build and create the life that they envision for themselves. McCoy holds a Bachelors in Politics and History and a Minor in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Curry College.
