Theodore C. Landsmark
Landsmark, a Jamaica Plain resident, is Distinguished Professor of Public Policy and Urban Affairs, and the Director of the Kitty and Michael Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy, Northeastern University. Landsmark will coordinate the unit on the Boston Housing Authority and help design the overall project. Landsmark is a civic planner and a civil rights and equity advocate. As Director of the Dukakis Center Landsmark oversees interdisciplinary research on urban policy matters, including housing, gentrification, economic development, and civic engagement. Landsmark holds a PhD in American and New England Studies from Boston University, a JD from Yale University, and an MA (environmental design) from Yale University.
