Youth Engagement and Advancement
We promote the healthy development of youth ages 14-25 through City programs and policies.
The Office or Youth Engagement and Advancement (OYEA) works to ensure youth voices are involved in all decision-making that affects youth. We also seek youth input on opportunities for the City to better support young residents.
Boston youth should have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. We want young people active and involved in policies and decisions that affect them. Our goal is to create empowered young community leaders who are recognized for their strengths.
