E-Bikes Program Info Table at BCYF Mattahunt
Have questions about the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program? Need help with applications?
The third round of applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program is here! The E-Bikes Incentive Program distributes vouchers ranging from $800 to $1,500 to help reduce the costs of purchasing a standard e-bike or cargo e-bike. Applications are open between October 1-15, at boston.gov/ebikes.
The program serves City of Boston residents, ages 18 and up, who are one of the following:
- Seniors (60+)
- Income-eligible residents, who are at or below 40% of AMI
- Adults with chronic or permanent disabilities
The program also assists adults with disabilities, who cannot ride traditional upright e-bikes, and are looking to buy an adaptive e-bike or a e-handcycle wheelchair attachment. Check out our recent video on an adaptive e-bike user who participated in the program! The vouchers for adaptive e-bikes are from $2000 to $5000, and applications are accepted from September 15-30 at boston.gov/ebikes.
The info table is opportunity to ask questions about the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program and application process, as well as get help with application. The event is drop-in, no registration needed.
